flame. Originating in Boston Beach Jamaica, the jerk huts with their smoke drums can now
be found alongside every major road in Jamaica and the food is a reflection of the
Jamaican life-style - spicy, sweet, charismatic and hot!!
Scotch Bonnet - A special variety of the
Habanero pepper grown in the hills of Jamaica and considered one of the hottest and most
flavorful in the world. The name reflects its shape, which reminds one of a small Scotch
Bonnet. The pepper is used in most of our cooking but we use less than one might find in
the Jerk Huts of Jamaica. If you want it really hot, you may ask for it cooked spicy!

Freshly cut 9 oz steaks lightly
seasoned, grilled and served with Jerk sauce on the side. We use top choice tenderloin and
Premium Choice Black Angus Rib Eye, which are cut to order. We baste the steaks on the
grill with garlic and other seasonings.

Most of our dishes, including
all of our grilled seafood and steaks, are not spicy. If you like it hot, try our Curry
Chicken, Cajun Linguine or Fiery Shrimp or just tell us and we will add the heat.
